About The Role
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our fast-growing team in QLD. In this role, you will support clients with a range of daily activities, helping them maintain their independence and continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes.
You will be assisting a client who requires support with companion care, transport, and domestic assistance.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful connections while making a positive difference in someone’s day-to-day life.
This role requires approximately 3 hours fortnightly on Thursdays from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
We offer travel reimbursement, company-provided PPE, and the opportunity to be part of a supportive and growing care team.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide personal care: showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication prompts
- Assist with domestic tasks: cleaning, meal prep, shopping
- Offer social support and respite care
- Transport clients to appointments
- Maintain accurate care records
Your Background
The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care. You should possess:
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence with registered vehicle and insurance
- Smartphone
- Organised, punctual, friendly, and genuinely caring
