About The Role
We are looking for a compassionate Support Worker to join our fast-growing team in NSW. As a Support Worker/Carer, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities to help them continue to live safely and independently at home. This role requires 2 hours per fortnight, with flexible weekday timing, travel reimbursement, and company-provided PPE.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide personal care: showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication prompts
- Assist with domestic tasks: cleaning, meal prep, shopping
- Offer social support and respite care
- Transport clients to appointments
- Maintain accurate care records
Your Background
The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care. You should possess:
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence with registered vehicle and insurance
- Smartphone
- Organised, punctual, friendly, and genuinely caring
