When you sign up with The CareSide, you (or your primary contact) gain access to the client portal. The main Client Menu (pictured above) is the central dashboard where you can access everything you need.

Financials

Managing your home care budget is easy with The CareSide's client portal.
View My Budget

‘My Financials’ is the most robust section of the portal, making it easy to track your statements, funding, budget, and more. You can:

  • View your statements
  • View your procurement history
  • View your latest budget, including your up-to-date Home Care Package funding and private funding (if applicable)

Our client portal makes it simple to manage your invoices. Not only can you view your entire invoice history at any time, but you can also submit invoices for reimbursement. When you submit invoices, you can easily upload documents, specify dollar amounts and references, and leave additional notes for your care team. That means no more juggling spreadsheets or headaches from complicated math!

Services

Your care plan is an essential document. It chronicles your goals and preferences, care management arrangements, and other important details related to your support.

In the ‘My Health’ section of the portal, your latest care plan is always readily available. It  features an easy-to-read list of all the pertinent aspects about your services, including:

In addition to your care plan, you can also log into the portal to review your monthly care activity statements and weekly roster.

Communication

Request Contact From My Care Manager

Your care team at The CareSide includes a personal Care Manager. All of our Care Managers are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and your Care Manager will check in every fortnight to ensure we’re meeting your expectations.

But as a client with The CareSide, you also have direct lines of communication with your Care Manager, including their mobile phone number and now the client portal. In the portal, you can submit a contact request with corresponding details, review your contact request history, and provide feedback for your care team. All of your communication is documented in this one central place.
